Cost of care
A patient may ask for an estimate of the amount the patient will be charged for a nonemergency medical service provided in this facility. The law requires that an estimate be provided within 5 business days. Patients can contact the estimates team by phone at 812.238.7895. Estimates are available in writing or by mail.
For Private Pay patients, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided for scheduled services, as required by law. No Good Faith Estimate is required for services scheduled less than three (3) days out, however, the patient may still request an estimate.
